Adding to its collectible value, the coin is hand-signed by Ron Harrigal, former Director of Engraving and Design at the U.S. Mint. Harrigal, who has been with the Mint since 1985, collaborated closely with John Mercanti, contributed to the creation of the Mint’s first curved coins, designed privy marks for the V75 and 2021 Morgan Dollars, and oversaw the transition from Type 1 to Type 2 gold and silver eagles.
